Channel Sales Manager

Authlete provides software components as a service based on OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect to empower companies to secure their valuable APIs quickly and efficiently, reducing time to market. Authlete is used by some of the world’s largest digital banks, fintechs, and healthcare service providers.

The Authlete’s sales team is growing rapidly. Therefore, Authlete is looking for a seasoned Channel Sales Manager with strong deal, strategy and relationship management experience to build and support Authlete’s Channel Partners with the aim of building, extending and enhancing Authlete’s position in the above geographies.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background within Channel and Partner (sales) along with an understanding of all the elements that are required to enable partners to be successful with the Authlete solution. You will need to think strategically and analytically about business, product and technical challenges, with the ability to create compelling value propositions and work cross-organizationally to build consensus to drive revenue. As the Authlete Channel Sales Manager US, Latin & South America, EMEA:

  • Build a strong partner ecosystem

  • Drive pipeline and revenue within the partner ecosystem

  • Support partner program management and thought leadership across an assigned partner base to increase revenue and drive business opportunities

  • Collaborate with Authlete’s Executive, Marketing, Sales and Presales teams to drive a successful partnership for both Authlete and our partners

  • Define tailored value propositions and create detailed go-to-market plans that strengthen our value proposition to the marketplace while providing new revenue opportunities

  • Serve as the partner advocate inside Authlete; evangelize partners and the opportunities they present by injecting partner DNA into Authlete’s field sales

  • Build relationships with the Authlete sales team to keep Authlete “front and center” for appropriate opportunities

You could be a great fit for this role if you have:

  • Proven experience of channel sales at a SaaS company, successfully demonstrating Channel/Field Alliances strategy to drive increased sales and revenue is a must

  • A track record of exceeding channel sales revenue targets.

  • A business leader who is able to influence and build strong relationships with decision makers across all levels of partner and prospect organizations.

  • Current knowledge of the trends and market leading companies in the broader Cloud Computing and Identity Management ecosystem

  • Experience with Cloud Software Vendors and their strategies/business models;

  • A high degree of honesty, integrity and sound judgment Fluency in English is a must and other language(s) are desired

You might also have:

  • Understanding of and experience with Identity & Access Management, Single Sign-on and API-based solutions

  • BSc/BA degree or equivalent (preferred but not essential) or relevant industry experience
