IdP

Audit API improvements

Added cursor-based pagination to the GET api/audit API.

User invitation permission fix

Fixed an issue where a user with the MANAGE_USERS permission was able to grant ADMIN permission to a new user through invitation.

Service edit permission fix

Fixed an issue where certain actions could be performed on service tokens without service edit permissions.

Organization Access Token update fix

Fixed an issue where organization access tokens would not be updated correctly when migrating a service between two organizations, resulting in the inability to edit said service.

Liquibase logs error fix

Fixed an issue where some Liquibase informational logs would be treater as errors instead, triggering unnecessary warnings.
